Anderson has nearly 20 years of aviation experience. A native of Galveston, Texas, he entered the industry in 1987 at Continental Airlines, and has held prestigious positions at Northwest Airlines and UnitedHealth Group. He also serves as a director of Cargill Inc., Medtronic Inc., and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

Laughter directs worldwide maintenance operations including airframe, engine, component and line. Laughter is responsible for the safe and reliable execution of all Delta maintenance as well as TechOps’ growing maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business.
