FADEC

FULL AUTHORITY DIGITAL ENGINE CONTROL (FADEC) REPAIR

As a RSS Approved Repair Service Provider, Delta TechOps offers FADEC maintenance services per OEM specifications. FADEC services are available for CFM56-7B and CF6-80C2 engines found on select Airbus 300/310, Boeing 737NG/747/767 and MD-11 fleets.

Testing and repair per RSS-810, Level 2:

  • Disassemble and reassemble
  • Remove and replace subassemblies
  • Repair or replace software

Technology services per RSS-811, Level 3:

  • Soldering, surface mount technology, through-hole technology, bonding, encapsulating, TRV, epoxy, chassis repair, board repair, flex repair and wire repair

  • All repairs are covered by a Delta TechOps Workmanship Warranty — 12 months from the return ship date, applicable to the work performed.
  • Standard OEM parts and labor warranties also apply and will be administered on your behalf as needed.
