Delta TechOps Expands Component Support for Ryan International Airlines

LONDON, Sept. 29, 2010—Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE: DAL) maintenance division, Delta TechOps, is expanding its relationship with Ryan International Airlines to provide component support services as part of a Power By The Hour (PBTH) program for the company’s fleet of Boeing aircraft.  The new three-year multimillion dollar agreement extends the original terms with Ryan International through 2014.

Since May 2008, Delta TechOps has provided all Component Support for Ryan International’s Boeing 767s in North America and has served as the overhaul provider for the airline’s CF6-80A2 and P&W4000 engines and 331-200 auxiliary power units (APUs). The new agreement expands this coverage to all Boeing 767s Component PBTH in North America and Europe, as well as one Boeing 757 Component PBTH in North America.
