Delta TechOps Named ‘Best Airframe MRO in the Americas,’ ‘Best Engine MRO’
ATLANTA, May 17, 2011 – Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE: DAL) maintenance division, Delta TechOps, was recognized by Aircraft Technology Engineering & Maintenance (ATE&M) Magazine, a leading aerospace publication, as the “Best Airframe MRO Provider in the Americas” and the “Best Engine MRO Provider” for 2011.
Recipients of ATE&M Awards, announced May 4 during a ceremony at the 2011 Airline Purchasing & Maintenance Expo in London, were chosen by customers and industry peers who selected the airline’s MRO as the best provider in both categories based on its reputation and brand, as well as the expertise, professionalism and skills of its technicians.
